Certified Nursing Assistant
Heart to Heart’s certified nursing assistant program equips the student with the cognitive and application skills necessary to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant in a variety of healthcare settings including long-term, intermediate, & acute care environments. The curriculum encompasses a combination of didactic, simulation, & clinical instruction in; physiology, psychological, and basic nursing care. A primary focus on long-term care provides a foundation for practice. Didactic instruction engages the learner with hands-on practice, open discussion, and instructional videos while simulation and clinical practical reinforces theory. Our years of educational experience believes in the triad method of learning; SEE SAY DO. This method allows different types of learners to receive information in a manner that benefits them most. We aim for our students’ success.
